Performance Mechanical Inc. (PMI) moved into our Pittsburg facility shortly after the company was founded in 1985. At that time PMI fit easily into a small office building with adjacent warehouse and shop facilities. Since that initial move we have maintained our presence in Pittsburg and the facility has expanded to accommodate our growth. The current facility is made up of several office areas, over 12,000 sq. ft. of inside warehouse space, a fully equipped fabrication shop and significant outside storage area.

The Pittsburg facility is centrally located to service our clients in the principle industrial areas of the San Francisco Bay area with good access to the main freeway arteries to the rest of Northern California.

With the recent addition of facilities in Sacramento and Cerritos, PMI is now able to provide construction services to our clients throughout California. Our Pittsburg office remains the home for PMI Corporate and Administrative personnel as well as the operations hub for work in the San Francisco Bay area and north-west California.

With over 90% of our work with repeat clients, Pittsburg provides the model on which our other offices are built: A local contractor with local ties and providing unmatched service to local businesses.
