Performance Mechanical, Inc.'s (PMI) detailing group is one of the most technically advanced in our service areas, with an average staff of six highly skilled detailers.
Our team is ready to provide HD laser scanning, industrial detailing, commercial detailing, full 3D modeling, and building information modeling (BIM) on a turnkey or as-needed basis.
We can field verify customer supplied drawings or we can produce Orthos, Isos and BOMs based on the customer’s requirements.

Additionally, we utilize Data Vaults which provide our field teams a mobile workstation with network connections to access model and point cloud data, as well as multiple on-demand printers.
